Funny incidents over the weekend..

For those who know me, I can be quite sotong or (a clown shy of a circus) at times. Over the weekend, I ask some questions which made some people day!

1.) At the doctor
TTS was visiting his ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) doctor on sat and I was in the clinic with him. After the recent nasal ops which TTS done, the doctor instructed him to use the "Sea water nasal spray" for clearing up the nasal passage. Well I was rather curious about the word "sea water" because it cost about $17 bucks per bottle and everyone knows that sea water is free!!

Me : "Is the spray similar to swimming in the sea water?? Since it might cover bigger area?"
Doc : *Can't stop laughing!* "Of course it's not!! Sea contains so much bacteria and you will most definitely get your nose infected there!!"

He was still smiling away when we walked out of the room...

2.) At the photography studio.
We met up with our photographer for the upcoming pre-wed shoots. He gave us a lot of ideas on the shooting locations and the kind of photos we prefer. Had a short chat and made our final payment on that day. All is set to go and then he showed us some photos he took previously, and a question came to me suddenly.

Me : "Can you shoot me in a way that I'll look taller?"
Doc : *Both the receptionist and him laugh out!!!* "Yes I can!! On that day if you see me lying on the floor most of the time, you will know what i'm trying to do"

Okay, that's funny! I know that's a stupid question but I just blurted it out....

3.) At Emanuel (Bridal shop)
Since that long wait at the bridal shop the other day, I decided to rent another gown for the event. Well this is not another wedding gown but rather a simple one which I think I will feel more comfortable in. (Yes I know, I might the laziest bride in town, having to rent one on such short notice.) Honestly, this never came across my mind before coz I didn't want to spend extra money for a dress which I will most probably wear once in my entire life. Anyway after choosing the gown, we sat down to settle the bill with Elaine, my gown designer. She's a nice and sweet lady, often giving us advices on what to do for the upcoming event.

Me : "Do you think I have missed out anything?"
Elaine : "Well, I think you are almost ready for it! You will notice that sometimes I repeated myself a couple of times, this is to ensure that you got everything in place coz' I know you can be quite blur at times"

Oh my god!! She knows that i'm blur!! This should not be funny at all but TTS was laughing so so so hard when he heard that.. (I wonder if I should be sad for him or for me :P)
