Children's Day

We went to TTS's ex-classmate ROM ceremony off cactus road today. This is the first time I met up with the groom (yao ling) & his bride (I can't recall her name). The event was held at his house and I must tell you this is like one of the biggest house I seen in singapore. I guess the land his house occupied equivalent to about 3/4 size of a football field.

The ceremony took place at about 12:15pm with some close friends and relatives. (*haha*, but i was nowhere close to them) Anyway, they started walking down from the 2nd level and slowly towards to the table which was set up in the living room. The JP together with their father was already seated and waiting for them. Somehow I felt that something was missing, *MUSIC!*, there was no songs playing in the background. Everyone just keep very quiet with a few kids running outside the house. Although it was almost dead silent, I could hardly hear anything from the JP. I think either he's too soft or he needs a microphone.

Anyway, I feel very happy for the couple especially when they are getting married to someone whom they know for almost a decade! Moreover it was rather a very special day for the groom, yao ling, coz today is (1) The day he got legally married (2) his birthday (3) children's day (4) Hari raya Puasa (5) China's national day. *haha* I wished him all the best and also (selamat hari raya) :D
