Hong Kong Trip

Just went to Hongkong with my mum, cousin and my aunt last week!

It's been 3 years since I went there, not much changes though. There's still a lot of people everywhere and the air pollution just got worse!Anyway, this trip is all about shopping and eating and shopping! I think I put on at least a pound after that :(

On the second day, we went to the Victoria Peak, hoping to see the skyline of hongkong. But it was really foggy and windy so we didn't get to see any. (Besides, mum kept nagging us "When are you going to bring to shopping?")

The trip to the peak was not all wasted, at least Mum and aunt took some photos with the "famous" people outside the Madame Tussaud Wax Museum

Soon after that, we proceed to the shopping paradise! Where else but Causeway Bay, which is well known for the countless malls over there.This time round, I manage to curb my temptation! (Don't ask me how, ask tts!) Actually I can't remember how many shops we went to, but all I know is that we kept walking and walking... By the time we got back to hotel, my legs were so swollen!!

Well as usual, something interesting happened (to me) along the way. It was raining heavily that afternoon and we (me and my mum) were crossing the road, suddenly a cab turn into our road from nowhere. I had to stop immediately coz I'm not sure if he will brake for us. And at that moment, I slipped and fell right in the middle of the road!! Can you imagine how embarrassed is that? That place is like the Orchard road here, and I just fell and landed on my back! My top and my jeans are all wet! "No one" came to our rescue *sob*... My poor mum have to pull me up and her wrist got hurt in return. I felt so bad about it but luckily she had pain killer with her and that cure the pain temporarily. For the record, I was wearing an Adidas flats then not heels or pumps! Anyway, shopping continues there after...*hahaha*

On the 3rd day, we went to the Ocean center which is another area well know for shops! There are just too many of them and I can't say "NO" anymore. So I decided to pamper myself with some new clothings and a pair of earrings! Yay!!

We make full use of every minutes or hours we have over there, even in the airport, we have to comb from shop to shop! Our flight back was at 3:40pm and we were still shopping in the departure area at 3:20pm!! *hahaha* Yes, we had to run to the gates with our shopping bags and by the time we got to the plane, I almost collapsed! :P This may be a short trip but it was definitely a good one since it's been a while since I last went on any trip with my mum! Now, I'm looking forward to my next destination, Bali!

Heh, I look kinda red there coz I just had some wine before the shoot!
